We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to guide the discovery phase for migrating key capabilities to the commerce tools platform.
This pivotal role entails collaborating closely with the product owner and the development team to ensure seamless integration and efficient solution delivery aligned with business objectives.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a proxy for product owners when unavailable while ensuring they remain informed and capable of decisive actions
  • Support the product owner during the discovery and definition phase by understanding business contexts and defining both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Write user stories and facilitate their readiness state in cooperation with the development team
  • Serve as the primary contact for developers providing clarifications, reviewing progress, and conducting acceptance tests
  • Collaborate with developers and product owners to address issues as they surface
  • Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for adjustments when necessary
  • Track requirements against priorities, identify discrepancies, and maintain a business value focus
  • Manage documentation that helps in understanding business rules, supporting post-implementation activities, and promoting reusability and traceability back to business objectives
  • Handle changes to requirements, coordinating with stakeholders for approvals and prioritization with accurate versioning
  • Guide stakeholders through optimal requirements approval processes tailored to project needs
  • Facilitate effective and timely communication between stakeholders and the delivery team
  • Maintain program stakeholders informed about requirement changes, ensuring transparent alignments as project needs evolve

  • 3+ years of experience in stakeholders management within a business analysis context
  • Competency in business analysis artifacts documentation
  • Qualifications in planning business analysis activities
  • Expertise in business analysis information management
  • Skills in requirements and change management
  • Proficiency in requirements traceability management
Nice to have
  • Understanding of requirements approval and prioritization processes
  • Flexibility to adapt to new methodologies or frameworks
