Senior Business Analyst

Kardítsa, Greece

We are looking to hire a skilled and proactive Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in mobile applications and Agile methodologies.
This individual will work closely with the client's Product Owner and play a crucial role throughout all stages of the product life cycle. The ideal candidate will have ample experience in the banking industry and proficiency in managing fixed-price projects within a Scrum framework.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Understand product vision and roadmap through collaboration with the client's Product Owner
  • Lead requirements collection and convert business needs into actionable software requirements
  • Elicit and define user stories clearly representing the client's requirements to our development team
  • Organize and prioritize product backlog considering client and market demands
  • Track and assess product development at every stage to ensure alignment with initial requirements
  • Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in mobile app projects
  • Knowledge of mobile platforms such as iOS with Swift and Android with Kotlin
  • Experience in Agile environments and the banking sector domain is a must
  • Background in Product Management
  • Strong understanding of the banking sector
  • Experience with managing scope in fixed-price agreements
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and superb communication skills
  • Capability to handle complex problem-solving efficiently

  • Familiarity with .NET Back-End technologies
