Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify dependencies and clarify requirements for the project roadmap
• Write specifications and user stories using Jira and Confluence
• Initiate and drive meetings to gather insights and progress updates
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support their work
• Test features and triage bugs to ensure quality delivery
• Manage engineering backlogs and prioritize tasks
• Provide oversight for technical initiatives to align with strategic goals
• Refine user stories to ensure they meet project standards
• Create capacity plans and delivery roadmaps for upcoming projects
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and adjust requirements as needed
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis
• Proficiency in API and Integration Platforms
• Background in Business Requirements Definition and Documentation
• Experience with Scrum methodologies
• Skills in writing user stories
• Understanding of web development principles
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts
• Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong English proficiency for effective communication

• Good understanding of Identity and Access Management
