Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support our Supply Chain initiatives.
You will collaborate with business counterparts, local and regional IT departments, and software vendors to provide tailored solutions based on business needs. If you are driven by results and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
This position requires a hybrid work arrangement, with the mandatory presence at the customer's office in Athens (Gerakas).

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyse, and document detailed requirements for projects
  • Create functional and technical requirement documents from business needs
  • Assist users in functional acceptance testing and application updates
  • Participate in the design and execution of retail and WMS solutions
  • Coordinate internal business and technical teams for requirement finalization
  • Serve as the subject matter expert during and after project implementation
  • Provide functional and technical support for system efficiency
  • Lead training sessions for end users to support change management

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Analysis
  • Experience in managing stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in documenting business analysis artifacts
  • Strong planning skills in business analysis activities
  • Proficient in information management related to business analysis
  • Strong analytical skills for requirement definition
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address business needs
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
  • Experience with Supply Chain and Logistics systems
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
