We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Back-End Developer with expertise in C# and recent experience with OAuth, specifically using Auth0 libraries and APIs, to lead a critical project. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in migrating our identity management system from Forgerock to Okta on an extremely tight deadline. This role demands a proactive leader who can ensure a smooth transition while maintaining high-security standards and system performance.

Responsibilities

• Successfully migrate our identity management system from Forgerock to Okta
• Design, develop, and implement back-end solutions using C# and OAuth, focusing on Auth0 libraries and APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the migration process
• Optimize system performance and scalability to accommodate increased traffic and data volumes
• Uphold compliance with security best practices and data protection regulations
• Document technical specifications, architecture designs, and testing plans

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a .NET Back-End Developer
• Proficient in C# and OAuth, with specific expertise in Auth0 libraries and APIs
• Strong understanding of design patterns and architecture design
• Experience with Okta
• High proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at an upper-intermediate level or above

• Previous experience with Forgerock
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proven track record of leading successful technology migrations
