Responsibilities
- Deploy and integrate a complex core system on Azure
- Work closely with technical experts, architects, and business teams to align technical solutions with functional requirements and strategic initiatives
- Implement DevOps development processes (version control strategy, code flow, application configuration strategy)
- Implementing continuous integration (code quality, security policies, build strategy)
- Implementing continuous delivery (release strategy, release management workflow, deployment patterns)
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery
- Experience working with high availability, high performance, multi-data center systems
- Deep knowledge IaC is and the tools used to implement them such as Terraform and Ansible
- Extensive DevOps background with varied hands-on experience of supporting and releasing technical solutions for clients, preferably in a Microsoft environment
- Strong MS SQL knowledge with the ability to interrogate data stores and investigate the resulting data set
