We are looking for a proficient Senior Automation Tester with a strong background in Python to work on the validation of high-performance storage solutions for HPC and AI markets.
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience designing, implementing, debugging, and running automated and manual software-based tests, primarily in a Linux environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop both automated and manual test cases to validate product features
• Execute automated and manual tests to validate product defect fixes and functionality
• Collaborate with the Engineering manager and a geographically distributed team to understand product requirements and features
• Triage test failures on a daily basis
• Contribute to QA reports and provide input on release metrics
• Aid in validating product documentation

• Experience working in Linux environments and proficiency in using shell script languages
• Demonstrable experience with bash
• Skills in working with enterprise-class or HPC storage systems and/or distributed systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality and error-free deliverables
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, along with the capability to independently start projects
• Proficiency in managing time, with the flexibility to prioritize, multitask, and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of Parallel File Systems, specifically Lustre
• Familiarity with git, JIRA, Jenkins, and gerrit
