Senior Automation Tester in .NET

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Automation Tester with a strong background in .NET technologies to join our IoT team.
This role centers around assisting with the transition of assets from on-premises solutions to cloud/SaaS platforms. You will be instrumental in automating tests for code that processes and broadcasts data signals from a fleet of vehicles, ensuring seamless performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation scripts using C#
• Implement event-based solutions to enhance testing efficiency
• Create and maintain automated test cases for Web Services and APIs
• Collaborate with IoT teams to facilitate the cloud/SaaS transition
• Debug and troubleshoot automated testing issues
• Optimize testing processes for efficient execution
• Maintain documentation related to test cases and test results
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the software
• Continuously update skills and knowledge in emerging testing technologies
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Assist in training junior testers on automation protocols

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automated testing within a .NET environment
• Proficiency in C#
• Background in event-based solutions
• Expertise in Web Service/API Test Automation
• Understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
• Skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Qualifications in Computer Science or related field
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

• Familiarity with Allure Framework
• Knowledge of Azure Web Services
• Competency in using Playwright for browser-based testing
