We are seeking a technically proficient Senior Application Developer with a robust background in Software Engineering, particularly well-versed in Python and Google Cloud Platform solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a solid record of optimizing Python code performance for cloud deployments and the capability to migrate legacy solutions to the cloud efficiently.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud-based applications for the Life Sciences client using Google Cloud Platform
• Deploy a container with a legacy solution in the cloud, ensuring scalability
• Containerize Python libraries and assess their scalability
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and standards
• Optimize Python code performance for cloud solutions

• 3+ years of experience with Python and BigQuery
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform
• Background in developing cloud-based applications
• Skills in deploying and managing containers in a cloud environment
• Competency in performing Python code optimization for cloud solutions

• Experience in migrating legacy applications to the cloud
• Familiarity with code quality tools and standards
• Understanding of scalability challenges and solutions in a cloud environment
