Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the Appian environment
• Lead the design and development of process applications within Appian
• Implement best practices for scalable, maintainable, and efficient Appian applications
• Build and maintain essential Appian tools such as CI/CD and automated user provisioning
• Collaborate with Agile teams to achieve desired project outcomes
• Interface with stakeholders to gather and refine user requirements
• Drive the enforcement of design and code reviews
• Contribute to continuous improvement by streamlining development processes
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members
• Analyze and assess the integration of new technologies as needed
• Provide expert consulting services at various organizational levels

• 3+ years of experience in business process management
• Proficiency in Appian, Appian Design, and Appian Integrations
• A background in setting up enterprise-level applications in Appian
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes
• Strong communication and consultancy skills
• Understanding of application architecture and database design in Appian
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
• Background in the banking sector
