Senior Appian Application Developer

We are looking for a Senior Appian Application Developer with a strong technical background and demonstrated knowledge of the Appian platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement end to end business process solutions using Appian
• Work closely with global cross-functional teams to gather requirements and maintain clear communication
• Apply Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently
• Build and maintain data models to ensure optimal database performance and design
• Take initiative and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in professional software development
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working on complex Appian projects with expertise in Appian interfaces, process models, rules, integrations, and tasks
• Strong proficiency in data modeling and database design
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex software solutions within deadlines
• Proficiency in English

• Appian certification
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server to implement and optimize database solutions
• Experience with Amazon Web Services or other cloud service providers
• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node.js or Python
• Prior experience working as part of onshore and offshore development teams
