Senior AEM Developer

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Senior AEM Developer to be a driving force behind our web applications for our esteemed client.
Your expertise in AEM and Vue.js will be a key asset, driving the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Build and modify complex AEM components for 3 different applications using FE technologies including HTL, HTML, LESS, JS, jQuery, and VueJS
  • Create backend services, models, and servlets to support FE components, and prepare on-deploy scripts
  • Develop new AEM Web Console tools similar to those provided by ACS-Commons
  • Integrate with REST backend APIs, third-party applications and plugins
  • Migrate old components and pages to new technologies
  • Manage integrations with Cloud Manager, Jenkins, and Adobe Launch
  • Conduct AEM research and prototyping
  • Perform code analysis, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues

  • Proficiency in HTML, LESS/CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Hands-on experience with Vue.js
  • Superior understanding of AEM architecture including CRX, OSGi, Sling, and JCR
  • Familiarity with Git, Maven, and Jenkins
  • Competency in using version control and continuous integration tools
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
  • Superior problem-solving skills and debugging capabilities
  • Flexibility to use an agile approach and possess a team-first mindset in tackling challenges
Nice to have
  • Experience with RESTful web services
  • Proficiency in jUnit testing
