Responsibilities
- Coordinate reception tasks
- Manage administrative invoices
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding
- Oversee the ticketing support system
- Ensure compliance with Physical Security regulations
- Handle document workflows, including postage and shipping
- Help with event organization for Events & Marketing departments
- Assist with client visits
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Order office supplies
- Manage conference room bookings
- Supervise cleaning and security services
- Daily liaison with Landlords and Vendors
