We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ABAP Developer with expertise in TypeScript to join our project team and work on enhancing an existing internal product designed to streamline our SDLC Compliance process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP development and show eagerness to expand their knowledge and experience in various non-ABAP areas. Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain a crucial tool for program management that integrates models such as Continuous Delivery and Security Hub for the secure development lifecycle process, and supports innovation cycles
- Develop efficient and high-quality code using programming languages including ABAP and TypeScript
- Utilize frameworks such as Angular, NestJS, Nx, Redis, and TypeORM to improve application performance and usability
- Implement and manage cloud and DevOps solutions using platforms and tools such as Jenkins, GCP PubSub, Redis queues, Docker, GitHub actions, k8s, and ArgoCD
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the software meets all specifications and requirements, employing testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, and Karma
- Provide technical support for the continuous improvement of the program management tool and work closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

- Proven experience in ABAP development
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as TypeScript
- Knowledge of various cloud platforms and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and testing tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with Redis, TypeORM, or similar technologies
- Experience with backend frameworks such as NestJS
- Familiarity with Angular
- Understanding of Continuous Delivery, Secure Development Lifecycle, and compliance processes
- Prior experience working with enterprise-level program management tools
