Security Integration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage APIs using Apigee API Gateway, ensuring secure and efficient integrations
• Handle partner integrations, ensuring seamless and secure data exchange across systems
• Manage secure credentials using Google Cloud Platform Identity and Access Management and Secret Management, enforcing best security practices
• Normalize partner data for integration with Snowflake, ensuring data integrity and consistency
• Work closely with engineering, security, and DevOps teams to design and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Define and enforce access control policies, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Optimize Extract, Transform, Load processes for efficient and secure data transformation and storage
• Identify security risks in integrations and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain detailed documentation of security configurations, access policies, and integration processes

• Strong expertise in Apigee API Gateway for API security and management
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with Snowflake integration and ETL processes for secure data handling
• Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform Identity and Access Management and Secret Management for access control and credential security
• Experience working with identity and access management solutions and role-based access control
• Knowledge of secure authentication mechanisms, including OAuth, JSON Web Token, and API key management
• Ability to troubleshoot security vulnerabilities and implement remediation strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to security and compliance
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for working with cross-functional teams
