We seek a dedicated Scrum Master II to aid in the success of our Agile teams by ensuring they adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies, clear obstacles, and boost communication and collaboration levels.
The Scrum Master will play an essential role in supporting our projects and driving efficiency and productivity among team members.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate all SCRUM ceremonies
- Clear obstacles hindering team progress
- Improve communication within the team and across other teams
- Deliver status reports and gather metrics
- Maintain and refine JIRA to keep it current
- Enhance team efficiency and productivity
- Offer timely insights on risks and issues affecting quality, schedule, or resources and suggest viable mitigation plans

- Minimum of 4 years as a Scrum practitioner with a robust Agile project background
- Background in liaising with other teams and facilitating effective communication
- Capability to troubleshoot real-life issues
- Technical proficiency in microservices, APIs, and cross-channel services
- Experience in implementing SDLC and Quality processes within an Agile team
- Proficiency in JIRA, with expertise in reporting and team management
- Solid understanding of Kanban practices
