We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master II to join our dynamic team.
The selected candidate will manage all Scrum ceremonies and promote the efficiency and productivity of our team, ensuring continuous communication with all team members and other teams. Our Scrum Master is crucial in facilitating the smooth and successful execution of our Agile projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage all Scrum ceremonies to ensure efficient workflow
- Detect and eliminate impediments to maintain team progress
- Foster and maintain clear communication between team members and other teams
- Deliver regular status updates and gather pertinent metrics
- Update and groom JIRA to accurately reflect current project statuses
- Actively work to bolster the efficiency and productivity of the team
- Provide prompt feedback on risks and issues affecting quality, schedule, or resources
- Propose effective plans to tackle risks and issues as needed

- Minimum of 5 years of agile project experience in a Scrum role
- Background in team interaction and effective communication
- Expertise in solving technical problems
- Technical knowledge and experience in developing Microservices, APIs, and cross-channel services
- Qualifications in implementing SDLC and Quality processes within an agile team
- Proficiency in JIRA with skills in reporting and team management
- Demonstrated capability to manage and mediate in team settings with various stakeholders
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project scopes and timelines
- Understanding of additional Agile methodologies beyond Scrum
- Capability to mentor junior team members in Agile practices
