We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Scrum Master I who will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and guiding agile practices within our software development teams.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the Scrum Master role and will work closely with various stakeholders including product owners, product managers, and RTEs to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage scrum ceremonies including PI planning, Sprint Planning, Stand Ups, Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Demo, and Retrospective
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums and PO Sync Ups to highlight risks and dependencies
- Collaborate closely with product owners, product managers, and RTE to plan stories according to team capacity
- Guide the team to remove impediments through coordination and creative thinking
- Track dependencies across multiple teams and work with other scrum masters to resolve them
- Analyze sprint data to identify risks in meeting sprint goals
- Monitor Agile metrics and take necessary actions
- Coach the scrum team on agile practices and principles to ensure quality and business value
- Assist with internal communication to improve transparency and radiate information
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Evaluate and improve ART-level practices with the RTE

- 7+ years of experience in software development
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or similar field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team
- Background in Scaled Agile Framework
- Proficiency in excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Skills in coaching and guiding teams
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
- Familiarity with Jira
- Understanding of network concepts
