Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP transformation programs ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technology roadmaps
- Develop and execute SAP program strategies defining project scope, objectives, governance models and key success metrics
- Ensure delivery excellence by managing project timelines, budgets, risks and quality standards across SAP implementation lifecycles
- Oversee stakeholder engagement building strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders and technical teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP architects, functional consultants, engineers and change management specialists
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data security policies and industry standards across SAP implementations
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies in SAP program delivery methodologies and best practices
- Support business development activities including pre-sales, proposal creation and identifying new SAP opportunities
- Manage onshore, nearshore and offshore teams driving collaboration across global delivery models

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
- 10+ years of SAP program or project management experience delivering large-scale SAP transformations
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA including migration strategies, architecture and implementation best practices
- Expertise in governance of SAP program delivery including risk management, issue resolution and performance tracking
- Experience in SAP methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile and Waterfall project management
- Very good knowledge of English
- SAP certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Solution Architect) and expertise in emerging SAP technologies
- Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions, including SAP BTP and SAP Cloud Platform integration
- Experience in business development and pre-sales, including proposal creation and client presentations
- Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions (SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform) and integration with third-party systems
