We are seeking a skilled SAP Cloud Platform Developer to join EPAM's dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Analyze and specify business requirements
Engage in modeling, design, implementation, and testing based on SAP programming models and processes
Collaborate with development teams and product management specialists
Mentor junior engineers on software design, coding practices, and TDD strategies
Promote and ensure adherence to development best practices including Cloud Native Development and Live Site First
Participate in the Agile (Scrum) development process as part of a team
Deliver high-quality design, development, and delivery results within short development and release cycles

Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, ABAP/4, Node.js or C++ with solid knowledge of microservice architecture
Clear understanding of SAP Cloud Platform (Cloud Foundry) and available platform services
Programming experience with Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
Skills in building scalable web applications/cloud services with JQuery, Server Side JS, REST, OData
DevOps mindset with a sense of ownership through the deployment lifecycle
Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)

Nice to have

Understanding of containers and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of SAP systems functionality and SAP Fiori UX principles
Understanding of SAP systems side-by-side extensibility with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model and SAP Cloud SDK
