Responsibilities
- Design and implement SFMC solutions, focusing on Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), dynamic content, and API integrations
- Develop responsive, modular dynamic content blocks within SFMC, using AMPscript, SSJS, GTL, HTML, and CSS for cross-device compatibility
- Optimize audience segmentation using advanced SQL queries to process large-scale data and ensure effective targeting for marketing campaigns
- Automate data processing and segmentation using SQL and SSJS within SFMC's Automation Studio
- Integrate and maintain REST APIs for seamless data synchronization between SFMC and external systems, ensuring real-time data flows
- Create personalized transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) using JSON data and dynamic content scripting
- Leverage SFMC's Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) to create AI-driven, behavior-based personalization across channels
- Conduct A/B testing, troubleshoot issues, and analyze performance to enhance the efficiency of campaigns and content
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and business teams to ensure SFMC aligns with strategic goals and marketing objectives
- Manage version control for codebase using Git, ensuring consistency and quality across projects

- Proven experience in SFMC development, including expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, GTL, HTML, and CSS
- Strong proficiency in SQL for advanced data segmentation, filtering, and personalization
- Experience in designing and optimizing large-scale automation workflows using SFMC Automation Studio
- Demonstrated ability to integrate REST APIs and manage data synchronization between SFMC and external systems
- Expertise in creating and deploying personalized transactional emails based on e-commerce data
- Solid understanding of SFMC Personalization (MCP), including AI-driven recommendations and behavior-based targeting
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email rendering, dynamic content, and data inconsistencies
- Strong collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently
