We are actively seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect II to spearhead our global Salesforce implementation project.
This role will require the design and execution of scalable solutions that sync with business objectives and elevate the user experience. The desired candidate will posses an extensive comprehension of Salesforce architecture, employ best practices, and engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of superior solutions.

Responsibilities
- Steer the creation of comprehensive Salesforce solutions that emphasize scalability, effectiveness, and coherence with business needs
- Engage with stakeholders to extract and evaluate requirements, converting them into precise technical specifications and architectural blueprints
- Supply technical leadership and mentorship to the development teams to uphold best practices and architectural guidelines
- Develop and execute integration strategies with other systems to maintain data accuracy and smooth system interactions
- Implement governance architecture that adheres to industry norms and corporate regulations
- Investigate and refine the performance of Salesforce solutions, proposing refinements as needed
- Generate and update exhaustive architectural documents, like design schematics, API details, and integration processes

- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and deployment, with a successful history in managing worldwide initiatives
- Strongly sought-after Salesforce Architect credentials such as Technical Architect or Application Architect
- Encompassing background in Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Capability to utilize Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Expertise in Salesforce API
- Knowledge of integration tools and platforms like MuleSoft and Informatica
- Competency in REST/SOAP web services
- Highly effective problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset
- Outstanding communicational and relational skills, adept at explaining intricate technical details to non-technical audiences
- Understanding of Agile methods and tools like JIRA and Confluence is shown favorably
- Prior involvement in a multinational setting with diverse teams and stakeholders is beneficial
