Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

As a SFMC Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) and Pardot for our clients. Your primary focus will be on developing customer journeys, setting up automations, and creating customized email templates. You will also work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) for client projects
• Create and manage customer journeys and automations
• Develop and customize email templates
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SFMC features and best practices

• 2+ years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Salesforce Configuration and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) and Pardot
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and automations
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent English with at least B2+ level
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
