Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess clients' current business processes and Salesforce.com implementations to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that leverage Salesforce.com capabilities to achieve desired business and technology outcomes
- Work closely with senior client stakeholders to understand their unique needs and requirements, tailoring Salesforce.com solutions to meet those needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce.com solutions into existing business processes
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on best practices for using Salesforce.com in their specific industry vertical
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce.com features, updates, and industry trends, continuously improving and innovating client solutions. Provide thought leadership (e.g., white papers, events) to position EPAM as a leader in the CRM domain
- Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented Salesforce.com solutions, making recommendations for further improvements
- Provide tech-agnostic advice regarding CRM and experience-related capabilities
- Serve as the Lead Consultant on EPAM presales engagements, matching clients' business and technology needs to a solution design and approach
- Execute and further develop EPAM's core consulting offerings (e.g., 'Vision to Roadmap' and 'Assess Foundations'), with a focus on tailoring the offerings to the specific needs of each industry vertical and sub-vertical
- Act as the Engagement Lead on implementation programs that originate from consulting engagements, ensuring a continual thread of business strategy and an outcome-focused approach across our projects

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business/management, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Strategy Consultant or in a similar role, with a focus on Salesforce.com technology
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform, including core Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds, as well as working knowledge of Salesforce industry clouds
- Proven experience in developing and implementing business strategies that align with Salesforce.com capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to align, inspire, and lead enterprise programs with diverse and complex senior stakeholder needs
- Strong understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges for sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, High Tech, Manufacturing, and Retail
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication/presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Salesforce.com certification is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce product roadmap, including AI and AgentForce capabilities
- The Business Strategy Consultant will play a critical role in helping clients maximize their Salesforce.com investment and achieve their business objectives. An outcome-based approach is a key enabler of EPAM's brand evolution in the Salesforce ecosystem

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations.
