Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications
  • Design and implement solutions
  • Configure and manage declarative development tools
  • Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud products to enhance system functionality
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs
  • Optimize Salesforce's native data model for efficient data handling
  • Utilize SOQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation
  • Perform mass data operations
  • Follow Salesforce development best practices and maintain high coding standards
  • Work with deployment and versioning tools
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with Salesforce Communities
  • Proficiency in OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Data Raptors)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud products
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce's native data model
  • Proficiency with declarative development tools: Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, permission settings (Profiles, roles, sharing rules)
  • Proficiency with SOQL queries
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs
  • Proficiency with mass data loading tools: Data Loader / Bulk API
  • Basic proficiency with deployment and versioning tools: Salesforce DX, GIT, Visual Studio IDE
  • Basic proficiency in creating Reports and Dashboards
  • A1+ English level
