We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Tech Lead to oversee our organization's data integration and management solutions
In this vital role, you will be responsible for designing robust data architectures, ensuring top-notch data quality, and providing leadership and technical guidance to our development team. Partnering closely with business stakeholders, you will translate complex data requirements into practical and actionable solutions, leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
- Architect data integration solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring data cleansing, deduplication, and data enrichment
- Provide technical guidance on data modeling, data quality checks, and data governance within Salesforce Data Cloud
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and define data quality metrics
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud APIs and tools
- Implement and monitor data quality processes to identify and address issues
- Establish policies and procedures for data governance to ensure data consistency and compliance with privacy regulations
- Lead the implementation of data-driven solutions to deliver actionable insights
- Mentor junior data engineers and developers on Salesforce Data Cloud best practices
- Monitor the performance of data pipelines and enhance data processing efficiency

- Minimum of 5 years working experience in data engineering or a similar role within a Salesforce environment
- Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring a team of data engineers and developers
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud features, APIs, data modeling, and data integration tools
- Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, data warehousing, and data quality management
- Familiarity with SQL and experience with Apex for Salesforce integrations
- Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams
- Experience in leading large-scale data integration projects
- Certifications in Salesforce Data Cloud or related fields
- Advanced knowledge in data security practices
