Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce and Conga applications, including Conga Composer, Conga Contracts, and Conga Grid
  • Develop and maintain document generation processes and templates to support quoting, proposals, and contracts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless Salesforce-Conga integration
  • Oversee the configuration and management of Salesforce CPQ, including product rules, pricing, discounts, and approvals
  • Design and implement automated workflows for contract renewals, leveraging Salesforce CPQ and Conga tools
  • Ensure accurate tracking and forecasting of contract renewal opportunities and revenue

  • Strong technical knowledge of Conga tools, Salesforce CPQ, and contract workflows
  • Wide experience in Salesforce Primary Cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with Conga CLM, Conga Composer, Salesforce Apex
  • Self-management skills, ability to work without supervision, support, and able to supervise less experienced colleagues
  • Experience communicating with several stakeholders (management, clients, cross-functional teams)
  • Strong communication skills
