We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Solution Architect to oversee and guide the development of Salesforce solutions for our organization.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a deep understanding of Salesforce products and best practices, capable of proactively initiating conversations with business contacts, and a skilled communicator proficient in documenting requirements and architecting solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of the entire Salesforce solution
- Serve as an expert on Salesforce products and best practices
- Proactively reach out to business contacts to initiate requirements conversations
- Document requirements in user stories with business users
- Architect solutions that adhere to business requirements and follow best practices
- Lead daily scrum meetings and assist teams in removing any impediments
- Perform incremental demonstrations during sprint review ceremonies
- Ensure the successful delivery of the overall solution

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices
- Certifications including Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Background in Agile methodology
- Fluent English communication skills at a С1 level
- Salesforce Data Architect Certification
- Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect Certification
