We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst who has a profound understanding of media process execution and the media industry, with expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
This role focuses on driving customer experience solutions and involves extensive collaboration with stakeholders to manage and detail EPICs, develop business process architectures, and ensure our Experience Cloud platform meets diverse user needs effectively.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of EPICs aligning with long-term strategic objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and define major functionalities and features within the Experience Cloud
- Regularly update the backlog reflecting shifts in business priorities or implementation feedback
- Analyze and define different user personas interacting with the Experience Cloud platform
- Map persona-specific needs to platform features and functionalities ensuring requirements are thoroughly addressed
- Facilitate workshops to validate and refine persona definitions
- Collaborate with architects and developers to outline Business Process Architectures at multiple detail levels
- Document and communicate business process configurations within the Experience Cloud
- Offer consultative support on BP architecture configurations focusing on best practices
- Break down EPICs into clear and manageable user stories for developers
- Define measurable acceptance criteria for each user story to guide testing and validation
- Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce or equivalent
- Proficiency in Salesforce Configuration, Salesforce Consulting, and Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Admin Certification and Experience Cloud Certification
- Qualifications in preparing requirements and user stories
- Strong presentation skills
- Competency in understanding media processes
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
