We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect I to join our dynamic team.
This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Primary Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud to design and implement innovative solutions that meet our business needs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background in Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable solutions using Salesforce Primary Clouds
  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce projects ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business processes and system landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers and administrators
  • Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce environments
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities and implement them to enhance business operations
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to increase Salesforce adoption among users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Salesforce implementations
  • Document architectural solutions and design specifications for future reference

  • Minimum of 7 years of practical hands-on experience in Salesforce Primary Clouds
  • 1+ years of experience in a Salesforce Architect role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including Sales, Service, and Community Cloud
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Background in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in large-scale environments
  • Understanding of best practices in Salesforce integrations and customizations
  • Capability to work effectively in both independent and team environments
  • English level C1+ for effective communication with stakeholders
