We are seeking a dedicated Regional Community Manager/Program Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the Women Techmakers community program focusing on women in tech, diversity and inclusion, and education.
The successful candidate will support community members in the MENA region, implement regional strategies, build and execute projects, foster relationships within the community, and represent our client in various capacities.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Program Lead on execution of existing projects and operations as well introducing new initiatives to the program
- Cooperate successfully with internal and external stakeholders such as community leads and community members. Build meaningful relations, projects and events
- Drive local developer activity
- Create, maintain and update project schedules effectively as well project documentation and reporting
- Collect feedback and program data, analyze, prepare and present insights and results to the Program Lead
- Organize online/offline events within community programs (e.g event logistics, cooperation with vendors, moderation of events)

- 2+ years of program or project management experience with excellent coordination and ability to oversee multiple work streams
- Comfortable in interacting and communicating with internal and external stakeholders (program managers, community members)
- Be able to speak and write in Arabic and English fluently and idiomatically
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.) or can learn very fast
- A strong passion for diversity and inclusion
- Great time management skills, ability to work independently, prioritize and manage your own tasks
- Comfortable working in a multi-project, multi-task environment
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
- Experience organizing and hosting online and offline events, ideally community-based events
- Experience of being a member/lead of a community (developers community, student organization, non-governmental organization, charity organizations)
- Previous experience working in developer relations programs
