Responsibilities

Design and execute detailed test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of frontend TV applications
Conduct thorough requirements analysis and consistently review technical specifications to align with business needs
Effectively control and manage technical incidents, participating actively in test and incident support to address and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to enhance product quality and performance

Requirements

Experience using a variety of technologies including set-top boxes, HTTP, HTML, and Wireshark
Virtualization tools and testing platforms such as Postman
Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Confluence
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Tester, Quality Assurance Engineer, or similar role, specifically in frontend application testing
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for comprehensive requirements analysis and technical specification reviews
Proven experience in test plan design and execution, with a robust understanding of different testing methodologies and practices
Good problem-solving skills to efficiently manage and resolve technical incidents
Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
