Responsibilities

• Carry out testing and the automation of test procedures for a variety of data storage options including clustered and network file systems
• Create and update test automation scripts utilizing Pytest
• Craft integration test scripts for Continuous Integration (CI) systems
• Troubleshoot scripts on actual hardware to pinpoint and fix issues
• Collaborate with software developers within the Scrum framework to guarantee top-quality software development and delivery
• Continually enhance automation methods and tools to improve testing productivity and results

• Background in software development with 2-3 years of experience, particularly in distributed storage systems
• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with Linux & Networking
• Competency in testing distributed file systems, network protocols, and parallel file systems
• Showcase of strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities with the capability to operate effectively in team-oriented settings
• Flexibility to swiftly learn and adjust to new technical subjects and environments
