We are seeking a Python Engineer with experience in Bash and Linux for our client, a global leader in online advertising, search engine technologies, and cloud computing.
This position offers a hybrid model, with 2-3 days per week working from the Gdansk office. You will be working on a team creating migration tools as well as dashboards to track migration status.

Responsibilities

  • Work on the design and implementation of robust Python applications that automate and streamline the migration process
  • Participate in the migration processes
  • Create comprehensive dashboards using Python libraries to track the status of migrations
  • Maintain the migration tools and dashboards
  • Closely collaborate with other team members, both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Add value to the team through knowledge and programming skills, aiming for unique and outstanding performance
  • Learn from motivated and skilled colleagues and share your knowledge with others

  • Proficiency in Python
  • Skills in Linux and Bash
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a small team for agility and quick decision-making
  • Capability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, languages, and methodologies
  • Ability to be a collaborative team player who communicates ideas well and works towards shared goals
  • Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
Nice to have
  • Background in developing migration tools
  • Familiarity with cloud computing environments
  • Experience in working in a hybrid work model
