We are seeking a Python Development Team Lead to join our renowned California-based technology company.
The role involves leading projects related to end-to-end software workflow automation systems and the development of new services within our hardware testing engineering division. The successful candidate will both manage and actively contribute to the development of solutions, leveraging modern technologies and best practices.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a custom Python application
- Oversee the integration architecture to ensure seamless connectivity across various internal tools
- Manage a team of developers working with modern JavaScript frameworks, primarily ReactJS
- Drive the adoption of design systems within the project to ensure a consistent user experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine system requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support in using AWS services effectively
- Ensure adherence to software architectural styles and best practices
- Mentor team members in developing their technical expertise
- Develop and maintain robust Web UIs leveraging ReactJS
- Optimize database interactions and queries with PostgreSQL
- Monitor project progress and report status to senior management
- Champion innovative approaches to problem-solving
- Handle code reviews, testing, and debugging tasks

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in Python with experience leading and implementing Python-based applications
- Competency in the use of PostgreSQL
- Background in software architectural styles, design systems, and integration architecture
- Knowledge of AWS
- Familiarity with web UI development, including ReactJS
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing development teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
