Our customer, a leading player in the Power & Utilities domain, is undergoing a digital modernization and standardization of IT & OT applications across all production sites in Greece. The goal is to increase productivity, enhance security operations, optimize costs, and achieve centralized control of IT applications.
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile delivery methodologies and software development life cycles, as well as a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the rollout of IT services to production sites
- Drive the digital modernization and standardization of IT & OT applications
- Conduct detailed analyses of the current application landscape and classify applications accordingly
- Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives for selected IT applications
- Provide on-site training for production site users and ensure ongoing support
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and vendors to achieve project objectives
- Optimize costs, enhance security operations, and improve serviceability by leading additional transformation initiatives

- 7+ years of experience in project management
- Ability to manage relationships with Director-level and C-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Proven expertise in digital projects (ideally within the Power & Utilities domain)
- Comprehensive understanding of the relevant technology stack
- Ability to build and nurture high-performance teams
- Willingness to occasionally travel across Greece to customer power plants to support discovery and modernization efforts
- Strong English (B2+) and Greek language
