Our client, a key player in the Power & Utilities sector, is embarking on a large-scale digital transformation, aiming to modernize and standardize IT & OT applications across its production sites in Greece. This initiative focuses on boosting productivity, strengthening security operations, optimizing costs, and establishing centralized IT application management.
We are looking for a Project Manager to spearhead this transformation. The ideal candidate is well-versed in Agile methodologies, software development life cycles, and has a proven history of successfully delivering complex digital projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the implementation of IT services across multiple production sites
  • Drive the modernization and standardization of IT & OT applications
  • Analyze the current IT landscape, categorize applications, and define transformation strategies
  • Manage cloud migration and digitalization initiatives for critical applications
  • Provide hands-on training and ongoing support for on-site teams
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to align project objectives
  • Lead additional transformation efforts aimed at cost optimization, security enhancement, and service improvement

  • 9+ years of project management experience
  • Strong ability to engage with Director-level and C-suite stakeholders
  • Expertise in Agile frameworks and digital transformation projects
  • Experience in the Power & Utilities sector is highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of modern technology stacks
  • Proven leadership in building and managing high-performance teams
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to power plant locations across Greece
  • Proficiency in English (B2+) and Greek
