Project Manager

Our client, a prominent leader in the Energy sectors, including Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy, is actively involved in transforming, modernizing, and integrating digital solutions. We are in search of a Project Manager to become part of our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of external solutions from vendors, monitoring progress, creating communication plans, and managing deliverables and acceptance processes. This role provides a unique chance to contribute to the successful execution of projects and to help our organization grow.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of external solutions by vendors
  • Monitor progress in line with project plans
  • Develop and uphold communication plans
  • Address risks associated with projects
  • Supervise deliverables and the acceptance process
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders at all levels
  • Support in validating and synchronizing requirements with the capabilities of solutions
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience within the IT field, preferably involving industrial projects
  • Proficiency in Project Management standards like PMI and PRINCE2
  • Background in managing solution deliveries from external vendors/contractors
  • Solid negotiation, assertiveness, and empathy capabilities
  • Excellent communication proficiency
  • Fluency in Greek
  • English language skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Background as an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer is desirable, ideally with experience in the industrial sector
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) is beneficial
