Project Manager

Kardítsa, Greece

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support the delivery of complex projects within the energy sector, particularly in Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy industries. As part of the organization's ongoing transformation journey, Project Manager focuses on supporting the implementation of modernization and digital initiatives using off-the-shelf software solutions.
The role requires a strong foundation in project management, technical knowledge in mechanical or industrial engineering, and the ability to manage tasks in a dynamic, multi-vendor environment.
Regular travel and on-site work at client locations in Aspropyrgos, West Attica region, are essential components of this position.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of projects to ensure goals, timelines, and budgets are met
  • Assist in managing the delivery of third-party software solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements
  • Maintain and execute the communication plan, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress and key updates
  • Help identify risks, track deliverables, and manage acceptance processes under the guidance of senior team members
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges and ensure smooth project execution
  • Leverage technical knowledge in mechanical or industrial engineering to effectively engage with technical teams
  • Contribute to reporting project status to stakeholders at various levels
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or industrial projects
  • Basic knowledge of project management standards (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and tools
  • Experience working with external vendors or contractors is a plus
  • Background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with some exposure to industrial projects preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Greek (mandatory) and English (minimum B2+ level)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
