We are looking for a skilled Project Administrator (Community Manager) to join our team and drive the growth, engagement, and operational success of our developer community programs. This role combines program management with community building to ensure that projects are executed efficiently while fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere for developers.
It is a fully remote position offering you the flexibility to work from any location in Poland, whether it's your home or one of our well-equipped offices in Gdansk, Katowice, Krakow, Lodz, Warsaw, or Wroclaw.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within the developer community program, ensuring timely execution and achievement of program goals
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Perform in-depth research and analysis of relevant data and trends in developer communities space
- Identify, recruit, and cultivate a diverse community of developers, organizing engaging interactions, events, and fostering a positive and inclusive community culture
- Collect feedback and program data, analyze, build dashboards and present insights and results to the program team
- Create, maintain and update program documentation, process manuals and community guidelines
- Provide proactive support for other business processes which are in scope of teams responsibilities to meet programs' and projects' needs

- 3+ years of professional experience in program management, ideally within developer relations or tech marketing field
- Ability to source, analyze, and present data via dashboards and reports
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace products (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail)
- Intermediate Google Apps Script or basic JavaScript experience for task automation
- Basic SQL skills for data querying and retrieval
- Experience with Power BI reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
