Responsibilities
- Guide the development of product strategy and vision for O&G well solutions
- Engage with end users to comprehend requirements and enhance product value
- Source and improve products to meet strategic business needs
- Establish and fulfill precise product objectives for business alignment
- Keep track of industry developments and competitors within the Oil & Gas sector
- Undertake travel as required to engage end users and stakeholders for insights
- Participate in forming the product roadmap and managing product lifecycle
- Liaise with interdisciplinary teams such as engineering, sales, and marketing
- Promote the integration of new technologies and methods in product creation
- Understanding of the Oil & Gas sector with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Background in business analysis and Familiarity with digital products
- Flexibility to travel to engage end users and stakeholders
- Showcase of strong leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in English communication skills at a C1 level
- Ability to define and manage business analysis approach
- Experience in overseeing business analysis activities
