Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a prioritized product strategy in conjunction with Leadership to enable an innovative product portfolio and reporting standards
• Working with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to senior management, and other executives, and function with stakeholders across the organization
• Creating and building requirements for products, executive-level presentations for strategy, business case development, capital, and go-to-market plans
• Developing, tracking, and performance managing IT/Software development/3rd party Partner services delivery metrics
• Prioritizing actionable business improvement initiatives based on analysis of customer, stakeholder, and employee feedback
• Project management of cross-tower organizational initiatives and action registers; coordinating resources to achieve project goals
• Gathering and analyzing data in order to fulfill regular and ad-hoc requests including executive-level escalations
• Developing strong collaborative relationships with executive-level staff in order to assess and meet the needs of the business

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
• Six or more years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Product Management/ Product Ownership
