We are seeking a dynamic and digitally savvy Supply Chain Project Manager who possesses hands-on supply chain operational experience as well as a strong background in technology project management. This individual will act as a bridge between the software engineering/technology teams and supply chain operations teams. The perfect candidate will guide the development of innovative software solutions and lead multiple technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate should be a continuous learner, adept at emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), and capable of serving as a Product Owner, Supply Chain Advisor, and Project Manager.

• Provide insights into supply chain operations to guide software solution development
• Translate operational challenges into technical requirements as an advisor to technology teams
• Identify and propose solutions to risks associated with supply chain processes
• Manage end-to-end delivery of supply chain projects aligning with organizational goals
• Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Promote Agile and other project management methodologies to optimize project execution
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML models to enhance supply chain analytics and decision-making
• Stay informed about technological advancements in supply chain management
• Drive process optimization initiatives through data analytics and emerging technologies
• Conduct post-project lessons learned sessions to identify improvement areas
• Facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Prepare regular status reports for senior leadership highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain operations and technology project management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations / Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related fields; Master's degree preferred
• Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale technology projects within the supply chain domain
• Familiarity with AI/ML techniques for predictive analytics and modeling in supply chains
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira
• Knowledge of global supply chain trends and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactiveness in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as ASCM / APICS CSCP, MIT MicroMasters, PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt

• Certifications in AI/ML technologies
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R)
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
