Product Manager I

We are looking for a highly experienced Product Manager to drive product vision, strategy, and execution. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills to bridge the gap between market needs and business objectives. This role requires expertise in product development, go-to-market strategies, and business modeling to ensure the success of our products.

• Define and execute product vision and strategy
• Lead product development and go-to-market initiatives
• Design and manage product and service offerings
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
• Oversee backlog and change management processes
• Define and track product success metrics
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Utilize AI models to enhance productivity in product management activities

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management and Product Ownership
• Expertise in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, or Life Sciences industries
• Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM)
• Experience in wireframing, mockup design, and product demos
• Proficiency in risk management and mitigation
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
• Understanding of business modeling and financials
• Proven ability to align market needs with business goals
• Experience working with AI-driven solutions in product management
• B2+ English level

• Experience with emerging technologies and AI in product development
• Familiarity with data analytics and product performance optimization
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Experience in scaling products across global markets
