We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team in Zürich (with client visits to Zug/Cham) who will be leading the development and roadmap of a next-generation Device Management System in the energy and utilities sector.
This role will involve designing and driving innovative solutions for managing edge devices in a modern smart grid ecosystem. You will work closely with client stakeholders, engineering teams and partners to deliver a high-impact, scalable solution.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define the vision and strategy for their Device Management System
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for differentiation
- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the client's business and technological goals
- Act as the central point of contact between our consulting team and the client's internal teams
- Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, scalability and alignment with client needs
- Partner with engineering, design and operations teams to execute the product roadmap efficiently
- Facilitate agile processes, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and client deliverables
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies in IoT, device management and smart grid solutions
- Deliver clear and concise reporting on progress, risks and opportunities to client leadership

- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in IoT, device management or smart grid technology sectors
- Proven ability to deliver complex technical products in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of IoT device communication protocols (e.g. MQTT, CoAP, AMQP) and embedded systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data security best practices
- Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps and CI/CD processes
- Demonstrated expertise in leading client engagements and managing stakeholder expectations
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level, German language skill is a significant advantage
