We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and take charge of our product lifecycle, including the design, development, and launch of products.

• Drive feature grooming and t-shirt sizing processes
• Design solution approaches and document them following SAFe methodologies
• Formulate stories for each feature based on the captured business requirements
• Ensure story and solution readiness prior to development stages
• Execute story grooming and engage in sizing activities with the engineering team
• Collaborate closely with engineering and development teams to provide clear direction
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of market demands and customer needs
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery
• Define and analyze key performance indicators to gauge product success
• Manage product roadmaps to ensure alignment with strategic objectives

• 10-16 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Qualifications in CPQ, subscription management and familiarity with entitlement processes
• Background in domain-specific GTM strategies for subscription entitlements and SURF contracts
• Proficiency in solution design and capturing approaches in alignment with SAFe
• Capability to work closely with engineering teams to guide and direct product development
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and business priorities

• Knowledge of additional tools or methodologies to enhance product management processes
• Background in a broader range of CRM platforms
• Skills in advanced analytics to better measure product success
