We are seeking a skilled Process Analyst to join our team and take the lead in optimizing processes on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on security, audits, data privacy, and business continuity management.
The successful candidate should excel in driving process improvements, managing disaster recovery plans, and upholding data protection standards. This position demands strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize processes related to ServiceNow platform security, audits, and data privacy
  • Manage business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup planning
  • Work with cross-functional teams to synchronize business goals with technical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations through regular audits and assessments
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to enhance team processes

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in process analysis focused on ServiceNow platform and security
  • Proficiency in business continuity management, disaster recovery, and data privacy
  • Possession of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or similar
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven communication skills and effectiveness in an agile environment
