Responsibilities
- Engage with customer business stakeholders to discover opportunities
- Lead and challenge team members to create great strategies and solutions
- Map customer vision & requirements to specific products and components
- Act as an advocate and assist in removing business, technical and political roadblocks
- Mentor and coach clients and team members in best practices
- Manage consulting engagements, overall delivery, and the quality of the output
- Ensure the strategy is actionable and well documented for a clean handover to implementation teams
- Assemble a team of EPAM analysts & engineers to delivery MVPs
- Work with account managers to build and manage customer relationships
- Design and drive stakeholder workshops & interviews to define and prioritize the client's strategic and immediate needs
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design the solution that will meet the client needs to drive business value
- Assist the business development team on proposals and pitches for new business
- Respond to RFxs, create proposals and present them to our potential clients
- Own and drive presale activities in the Insurance vertical

- Extensive experience in Data, Cloud and Technology domains (10+ Years)
- Expert in delivery, consulting, and presales (5+ Years)
- Strong Understanding of the Insurance industry with history working with Insurance clients (5+ years)
- Familiar with major technologies and frameworks
- Knowledge of the Data, Cloud and Technology landscape and it's recent trends
- Awareness of the ISV space and package implementations such as Guidewire, Duckcreek, Majesco, EIS, Insurity and UNQORK
- Comfortable working with senior business and IT stakeholders, as well as end-users
- Ability to facilitate and drive strategy discussion
- History participating in and influencing solution design
- Proven track record with managing customer expectations & presenting project deliverables to senior stakeholders
- Highly skilled in turning a presales opportunity into a customer engagements
- Experience managing medium to large-scale software & technology initiatives
- Desire to learn & expand your comfort zone in new Data & Analytics technological trends
