Responsibilities
- Engage with customer business stakeholders to discover opportunities
- Map customer vision & requirements to specific products and components
- Develop strategies to remove business, technical, and political roadblocks
- Mentor and coach clients and team members in best practices
- Manage consulting engagements, overall delivery and the quality of the solutions
- Ensure the strategy is actionable and well-documented for a clean handover to implementation
- Align with account managers to build and sustain customer relationships
- Design and drive stakeholder workshops to define and prioritize the client's strategic and immediate needs
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design a solution that will meet the client's needs and drive business value
- Work with the business development team on proposals and pitches for new business
- Create proposals and present them to various levels of leadership
- Own and drive presale activities in the Insurance vertical
- Extensive expertise in Data, Cloud and Technology domains (10+ years)
- Proven history working in delivery, consulting, or presales roles (5+ Years)
- Strong understanding of the Insurance industry & working with Insurance clients
- Solid knowledge of Data, Cloud and Technology landscape trends
- Comfortable with the ISV space, package implementations, and tools such as Guidewire, Duckcreek, Majesco, EIS, Insurity, UNQORK, Fadata, and Pega
- Experience working with senior business and IT stakeholders, as well as end-users
- Ability to facilitate and drive strategy discussion as well as influence solution design
- Hands-on with managing customer expectations and presenting project deliverables to senior stakeholders
- Highly skilled in turning presales opportunities into customer engagements
- Experience with managing medium to large-scale software/technology initiatives

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate.
