People Advisory Specialist

Currently we are looking for a People Advisory Specialist for our Krakow/Warsaw office.
In this role, you will support our Managers and Leaders in all EPAM HR processes as an Account People Partner.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Global People Partner on location strategy creation/ implementation for the assigned accounts in Poland
  • Work with Global People Partner on Accounts health status and strategy as well as HR focus, red flags and actions needed
  • Promote clear understanding of local processes at global level, people management function and best practices in assigned accounts
  • Participate in design of global leadership program development and implementation in the location
  • Help Global People Partner with audit of the local programs, frameworks, clients' requirements from the perspective of local labor low compliance
  • Help with organizing townhalls and events inside of the account and promote employee's attendance in the office
  • Support other HR processes for EPAM employees

  • Experience in supporting an HR function in a technology or commercial organization
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills to establish constructive relationships, build trust, and provide counsel in a thoughtful, sensitive, and timely manner; be proactive, confident, energetic, and positive
  • Fluency in English
  • Good knowledge and practice of using Polish Labor Law and experience with HR processes such as onboarding, feedback, assessment, engagement surveys, retention actions, salary review will be an asset
